With the popularity of silk products,silk industry gets a good development,sericulture brings considerable revenue for many enterprises and farmers.Now,Chinese sericulture industry has entered a stage of social cooperation production,those enterprises which are in charge of silkworm egg incubation will centralized hatch silkworm eggs,and give eggs which will hatch out tomorrow to silkworm farmer,farmers breed silkworm and sell silk cocoon to silk company,this business model reduces the risk of sericulture.Silkworm egg incubation is the first stage of silkworm breeding,that will directly affect the hatching rate,the hatching neat degree,young silkworm's body constitution,silkwrom's morbidity and survival rate,therefore,it plays a decisive role in the whole cycle of sericulture.In the process of silkworm egg incubation,based on the hatching schedule of silkworm eggs,hatching neat degree,and the expected end time of incubation,the incubation room need different temperature and humidity to ensure the normal activation of eggs,when necessary,some deliberately operation may be needed to accelerate or inhibit the hatching schedule.According to the application requirements of silkworm egg incubation,conforming to the enterprise users' new needs,this paper designed a new silkworm egg incubation measurement and control system,which uses the latest hardware resources,uses a LCD screen for man-machine interface,can remote monitoring,uses the fuzzy PID control algorithm,it fulfills the control accuracy requirements for temperature and humidity,can effectively satisfy the application requirements of silkworm egg incubation.This paper is aimed at the research and design of silkworm incubation monitoring system,the main research contents include:(1)Determine system solution: Do research on the workflow of silkworm eggincubation,analyse users' requirements,analyse the advantages anddisadvantages of the old control system,determine design requirementsand matters needing attention.According to the requirement analysis,select appropriate hardware resources,and build the hardware platform.(2)Determine the control algorithm: Compare the advantages anddisadvantages of some familiar control algorithms,according to therequirements of control accuracy,choose the control algorithm used inmonitoring system.Analyse the basic principle,design principle andmatters needing attention of control algorithm,design the controller.(3)Design the software system: base on the hardware platform,program forthe bottom driver and application function,make the hardware resourcesworking.The software system can be divided into: measure and processsensor data,storage and extract history record,cooperate with thecomputer,design human-computer interaction interface,programming forthe control algorithm.
