Web services using thoroughly requests the Web service system to establish unified standard, so qulity of Service has aroused the widespread interest.Because Web services performance is important characteristic in Web services,and it is one of key aspects that decided whether Web services further obtains widespread application. So,it is necessary to launch to appraisal researchment about qulity of service [1],among this, the research of transmission performance about SOAP message is a very important aspect. This article mainly research on the SOAP message transmission performance.This article embark from some technologies that composed the Web services, has discussed qulity of service in the Web services, drew out the origin,the concept, the characteristic of QoS question. On basis of analyzing performance situation presently, to improve the transmission performance of SOAP message, unifies the Web services transfer model, analysize the factor that affected the Web services transmission performance from differentiated service,SOAP protocol realization,Web services movement environment three levels.This article discussed some optimizes the strategy in transmission performance and research thoroughly in differentiated service and compress SOAP transmission data aspects. In transmission processing of Web services FCFS algorithm is used to, it is insufficiency.This article introduced the differentiated service thought through to different desire. Simultaneously aimed the inefficient in SOAP message transmission, uses the improvement compression method to improve the transmission performance. Differentiated service may first look after the important user and the important information, which reduces theirservice response time. Compressed transmission information may enhance the quantity of transmission data in same time, thus two method enhanced Web services QoS.
