Compbining with the the latest development of sensor technology at home and abroad, for the issues such as the data collection results are inaccurate, data information release lag, and sometimes mistakenly test, false positives and meteorological early warning service,the author carried out analysis and research.With the progress and development of sensor technology, many of meteorological monitoring point field data are collected by the high-precision digital sensors, but the follow-up the sensor design and data processing have great influence on the measurement results, so the design of sensor is one of important part in thesis, An intelligent sensor is designed, it can complete the on-site data collection and package and achieve the transmission of CAN messages.To resolve the problems of data communication lag and improve the real-time transmission and data distortion due to interference may occur in transmission, Analysis the difference and advantages of the CAN bus network communication and other communication networks, combing with the current means of meteorological observation and service level status, discusses the feasibility and applicability to set up meteorological data monitoring networks useing of CAN bus technology. Developed a CAN bus application layer protocol in line with the actual needs of the system.Weather warning services is the judgments of the future trends and comprehensive analysis, based on a large amounts of data, it requires extensive data processing algorithms, the author gives the PC program procedures to achieve a comprehensive analysis of field data based on the virtual instrument technology which is widely used in the industrial area and the development of the upper machine user interface is friendly simple and straightforward to user actions.In reference to the can network model, the author build a weather monitoring system. In this system, each node may be added and removed easily to meet the needs of the actual measure, the upper machine can automatically identify nodes that you add or remove and have no impact to the other nodes and systems, therefore, this system have better the open and scalability characteristics,In addition, the authors also conducted a study on the protocol conversion, protocol conversion is to achieve communication between PC and CAN networks. Finally, a summary of the work on the next step is analyzed and prospected.
