A Research On The Government Functions Of Management And Defense Control System Of Web Consensus Crisis

In recent years,with the rapid development of internet as a new media, web consensus has appeared rapidly. When negative internet consensus haven't been leaded and managed availably, it would bring the web consensus crisis and a series of negative impact on society. As a public service providers and public affairs manager, how should the government establish scientific and canonical defense control system of web consensus crisis, actualize the scientific, canonical and characteristic management, minimize the negative impact of the crisis, create a harmonious and stable environment for the web consensus?
