| ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)is a new enterprise management system,which developed from 90th in twentieth century. It is the most matured product of enterprise information in the market. It takes great changes in enterprise's management standard and production abilities and bring huge profits through reforming the flow of goods,capital and information of the enterprises. It will also lay a foundation for e-business and e-trade in the future. The introduction of ERP as soon as possible will have deep and great impact on those industrial enterprises entering the times of information. SAP(System Applications and Products in data Processing) is the most advanced software in ERP area. As SAP is a universal and standard system,configuration and development have to be made to meet the requirement of the different enterprises.This paper first introduces the development process of ERP, form MRP, MRPII to ERP,introducing the standard Software of ERP-the basis function,technology composing and the principle in business process of primary modules in SAP R/3 system on the background of Enterprises Information and Modern Technology Production; second, introduce the characteristics of the industry about the production planning, As production planning is ERP an inner circle, and it is the most trouble and difficult managing either, so how to use the standard ERP software to monitor the entire production process, closely tracking the production of the resource changes will be very important. So this paper analysis its business needs and propose solutions to the implementation of the program, combined with the implementation of business cases, and set up their own production management system.At the same time, we redevelop the production planning management system, in order to solve the production problems faced by enterprises and to achieve specific business functions, including designing the development process and prepare an effective data, given the achievement process of development. |
