The production planning plays a vital role in supply chain of Huawei Technologies Co Ltd.However,it faces low-efficiency and high-cost problem.We focus on this practical problem which can be viewed as a multi-item,multi-plant,multi-period,multi-level production planning problem with minimal production quantity and mixture demand of backorders and lost sales.In addition,the problem is also a large-scale multi-objective mixed-integer programming problem.In this work,we first transform the nonlinear constraints into linear ones.Then two sequential algorithms based on Lagrange multiplier method and heuristic algorithm are proposed,whose core idea is decomposition.One kind of decomposition focus on separating the integer constraints from non-integer ones,and the other focus on decomposing the scale of problem.Finally,we discuss the parameters optimization in algorithms.The experiments of the proposed model,algorithms and parameters perform well in real data,and the work is valuable for the development of intelligent supply chain.
