Design And Implementation Of Redevelopment Platform Of HMI For NC System Based On XML

The rationalization and individualization of NC(numerical control)system's HMI(Human Machine Interface)has a direct influence on the user experience and working efficiency of dedicated machine.Traditional HMI cannot meet the specialized demand of dedicated NC system;it also cannot meet the individual demand of certain processing.Therefore,user custom services to enable users to carry out redevelopment combined with unique proprietary process and customize the HMI that has individualization feature should be offered by NC system.Based on the above-mentioned requirements this article describes design and implementation of redevelopment platform of HMI for NC system.The technological achievements of this article have been applied on LT-CNC.This paper firstly come up with general structure design of the redevelopment platform based on detailed requirement analysis and analyze each layer 's frame structure of the platform;then,the visual configuration software is realized by the Graphics View Framework.Functions such as registered binding mechanism of component and property and HMI customization are implemented.Then,the automatic Configuration-file Generation Protocol dedicated to XML configuratio n files of fredevelopment platform is designed;after that piecewise dynamic parsing algorithm which is used to advance XML configuration file's analytic efficiency is given out,communication mechanism between custom interface and NC system is also achieved;at last,test and verification of the whole platform has been done to verify the feasibility and availability of the platform.The redevelopment platform of HMI for NC system designed in this artic le is applied on the special NC system,not only to laid the ground of specialization of HMI and demand of personalization,but also to provide the technical support of the extend and transplantation of the follow up platform which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of HMI development,expanding the coverage of NC machine tools and increasing market share.
