The Research Of The Integration Of PDM And ERP Based On ASP.NET

With the development of market economy, enterprises are faced with more and more stresses of competing. They are required to produce more products with better quality and lower cost in shorter period. To meet the requirement has become the survival and developing key of modern enterprises. The advent of CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) brings integrated manufacturing of enterprises into a new era.Today, there have been hundreds and thousands enterprises implementing cell technologies of CAD/CAM and MRPII in our country. And approximately one hundred manufacturing enterprises have implemented projects of CIMS, such as PDM (product data management) and ERP (enterprise resource plan) etc., and have got remarkable benefit. But in the practice, the enterprises gradually found that the product information generated by different systems lacks of good exchange, which makes more and more isolated islands of information to come into being without being utilized efficiently and improving productivity radically. Therefore, the integration of different application system is a question for enterprises to solve urgently and become a new focus of researching in and out of abroad.The major work in this article are as following:On the base of literature analysis.In this thesis, the integration of different structures, such as PDM and ERP, is mostly analyzed and studied in detail and depth. In the process, I analyze respective characteristic, function and structure of these two systems, diferent and same points of them and the content and object of integration earnestly. The limitation and shortage of existing schemes to resolve the question of integration in and out of abroad are summed up. Aspects are considered synthetically about the instancy and veracity of integration, integrality of transferring data, performance of system and independence of platform. Schemes of advanced and feasible resolution are advanced and the feasible schemes of P-E integrated systems are designed and developed.In this thesis the integration of PDM and ERP make use of middle database.PDM and ERP obtain and query their requisite information by connection of middle database. Aspects are considered synthetically about the complexity , validity and reliability of integration, the integration of PDM and ERP adopts B/S(browser/server) system model.The dissertation introduce some major function of the integration of PDM and ERP. It includes management of project and assignment, management of structure of Product, management of data of project,warehouse of resource and so on in the PDM.It includes management of Stock , management of Repertory , management of distribution, management of user and so on in the ERP.The implement of these functions is exertion technique of ASP.net, ActiveX, ADO.NET, SQL.Client server can visit the information by browser and share the the information.The major work includes compile the database on the base of the demand of integration of PDM and ERP,compile the WEB page,the user can query the information what they demand. The ultimately function in the integration of PDM and ERP are as following:(1) Transformation of the bill of material in the PDM and ERP.(2)compared demand of designment the accessory in the PDM with the accessory in the Stock of the ERP, create the bill of stock automatically.
