| With our country entering the WTO and the integration of the global economy, the building ceramics industry ,most of which small and middle enterprises,will be confronted with the intensified competition at home and abroad It will, with the aim of enhancing the competitiveness,compel these manufacturers to reexamine themselves and consider a series of problems,such as the shortening of time in their reactions to the market change,the decline of production and management cost,the rationalization of arrangement in manufature,the promotion of the facilities utiliztion and the decrease of the stock and so on .Among the best way is to adopt the project fitting the ERP of the small and middle enterprises,Therefore,the research is meaningful and deserving ,which is on the key techonology of ERP based on the ASP.This paper studies the core techonology concerning the ERP which includes the calculation of the MPS, the analysis of the capeity requiremnet, the esTablelishment of the product's BOM and the computation of the material requirement, A suggestion is proposed which is appropriate to the enterprises having the "successive production processes", through analizing the presently common means and the properties of production and management of them. In light of the result, the enterprises began to develop it, whose model of realization is B/S and employing .NET and Sql Server2000, Meanwhile, they apply the AJAX techonology to the development of the showing layer, with a view to having the merits of both B/S and C/S.The research and realization of the key techonology will be of great help to the study of ERP and improve the enterprises' efficiency and the utilization of resources ,Much more economic benefits and begin circles of them will also be obtained.This item orginates from the important tendering project "the construction and development of the ASP platform of the ceramics enterprises", supported by the Bureau of Techonology of Jiangxi province. |
