The work of this dissertation is based on the item of the signal processing system.It studies the theories and the arithmetic of CFAR Techniques of Stepped Frequency Radar system in Weibull clutter .Firstly this dissertation introduces the clutter mode and the target mode,analyses several kinds of common clutters and their characteristic,and presents the clutter mode and the SF target mode in Weibull clutter.Then,the paper introduces the principle of CFAR techniques for Radar signals, also introduces several common use methods of CFAR techniques,such as CA-CFAR,GO-CFAR,SO-CFAR and OS-CFAR,which are compared and analysed.On this foundation, depending on CA-CFAR and OS-CFAR, the paper studies the CFAR techniques in Weibull clutter of the target for a Stepped Frequency Radar System.At the same time, when the system parameters are certain, the dissertation analyses the affection to the detection probability corresponding to the parameters of the number of protection units,preference units and the false alarm ratio in Weibull environment.The result of the emulator indicates that those two methods are well performanced at target detecting in Weibull clutter.At last,the hardware framework and the software flow chart are given.
