The requirement of compute capability in the modern aircraft design increases sostenuto, while the capability of common computer can't meet this requirement. Because the Grid can collect the computational resources on the network to solve the problem of requiring mass compute capability in the modern aircraft design effectively, the research on using Grid in modern aircraft design is very significative.The actuality of Grid in and out abroad is analyzed in this thesis, and Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) and Open Gird Services Infrastructures (OGSI) is discussed as well. The Web Service Resource Framework (WSRF) is researched on, and as also as the latest specification WS-Resource Transfer (WS-RT). Thinking of the requirement of aircraft design, the frame of Aeronautic Special Grid (ASG) is devised. Owing to the requirement of high performance compute, the Beforehand- Research Model (BRM) based on the beforehand-research strategy is devised which is builded on the existent resource discovery mechanism. MDS adopted by Globus is analyzed, and make experiment respectively on BRM and MDS, and then contrast the result of BRM with MDS, and research on the factors that influence the performance of BRM. The result of experimentation turns out that the performance of BRM is higher than MDS evidently in the Aeronautic Special Grid. Analyze the Globus Toolkit 4.0 and search after the method of configuring grid development environment. The high-order matrices problem in aircraft design is explored, and the high-order matrices decreasing dims service is implemented elementarily at last.The BRM devised in this thesis and its algorithm can improve the speed of resource discovery obviously in ASG. And the high-order matrices decreasing dims service can meet the requirement of mass compute capability in modern aircraft design.
