Base on this analysis, designed the new management system which is suitable for the Changchun finance College.Using database technology and computer technology in information management system of new students This article analyses the data flow in all enrollment process, marks out the logical data structures, and creates the needed database, achieves the plan and programming of every subsystem, guarantees effectiveness and standard of the university student information management. And the database has used SQL Server 2000, the programming language has used front-end object-oriented database development tools PowerBuilder 9.0. The enrollments system is succeed in using in the Enrollment Department of Changchun Finance College.
