| The enrollment data is vital for universities to manage student information and to access digital campus network. To standardize, sort out, collect and analyze enrollment data for other departments'use is one of the most important tasks of enrollment department. Whether the data are timely and accurate, and whether the statistics and analysis is rational and correct, are related to the future student management. At present, most of universities are using National University Enrollment Management System developed by Tshinghua University for enrollment on Internet. The System has the powerful enrollment functions, such as automatic archives delivering, archives reading, majors determining, and so on. However, it can only export the code and enrollment data to be EXCEL or DBF files instead of printing enrollment notice to fulfill the local demand. So, in the other hand, it is feeble in data processing and analyzing.According to the basic theory and method of software engineering, the data processing and analysis of enrollment integrating the database technology, Agile development, Delphi programming technology, .NET technology and statistic technology is implemented. The data structure of National University Enrollment Management System is analyzed at first. Then the enrollment data is collected with isomerization unit data technology into the database server, with .NET the on-spot enrollment system is designed, real-time research of enrollment results is provided, and finally enrollment data are analyzed based on the statistics. The paper deals with the following tasks:1.research on enrollment data standardization;2.Analysis on model and needs as regard to enrollment data processing and analysis system, research of structure of software system;3.Development on data processing and analysis; processing of enrollment data from all the provinces; statistics and analysis of all the data;4. Development on on-spot enrollment system;5. Development on research system. |
