The Design And Realization Of Graduate Management Information System Of University Of S

Sichuan University of Science and Engineering(SUSE)has employed the manual mode of graduate management for a long time.With the expansion of graduate enrollment scale and the increase in the number of graduate students in recent years,the old management mode has become increasingly unadaptable to the current management needs.Based on the actual situation,this paper addresses problems in the SUSE's current graduate management software system,such as too few functions and poor scalability.The author develops a new graduate management software system with unique functions such as prior course scheduling.Graduate management information system mainly uses the mature network software systems on the current market.Combined with JSP dynamic web technology,it uses SQL Server as the technical support for its database and it makes use of NET's development advantages and MVC's three layer development mode to simplify the system development.The system developed by the author can make it convenient for the staff of Student Affairs Office of SUSE's graduate school and teaching secretaries and tutors of every school of SUSE to timely learn about graduate students' personal information such as student enrollment status,programs,selective courses,academic scores,thesis proposal,degree application,etc.At the same time it adds the function of data statistics,which makes it convenient for SUSE's management personnel to timely learn about graduate students' overall situation.Its statistics will be used as important reference for decision making.After the system test,the system was put into operation in SUSE.It proves that the system's functions and performance can meet the requirements of graduate management and it greatly saves management cost and improves management efficiency.
