The E-business strategy of enterprises that focus on enhancing their own core competences puts forward higher requirement for coordinator in supply chain. The supply chain essentially is a dynamic network from suppliers, producers, distributors, and retailers to end-users. So, the analysis of supply chain should not be limited to the core enterprise itself, but have to consider all parties of the supply chain. The efficiency of the supply chain builds upon the sharing and transparency of information. The supply chain system with high efficiency and low cost benefits enterprises so much with collaborative planning and work flow. The transparency of supply chain should be achieved through integrated information process. The main issue of modern supply chain system, which meets the need of the requirement of characteristic, diversiform variety, lower batch and short term market, are the following: (1) How to increase the integration ability of supply chain; (2) Which kind of supply chain management model should we choose; (3) How to effectively construct integrated supply chain management information system based on sense and response. In this paper, a model, which is named ISCM (Integrated Supply Chain Management System), is proposed and designed to solve above problems. The importance and role of supply chain management system is illustrated by the analysis of supply chain management model, information system architecture and MDA (Model Driven Architecture). ISCM is designed according to the complex requirements from shipper, forwarders, carriers and terminal operators/ports. ISCM model has the modular structure, which makes it enough to be used as the solutions from simple transport supervision to difficult supply chain automatic message handling in complex surroundings. It can be adapted to handle more difficult supply chains with an increasing number of players, restrictions and options, thus easily adapted to the needs so that we understand the possibilities of using modern information technology.Based on our model, the first stage of the supply chain management system of some group has been implemented. The system illustrates the efficiency, flexibility and rationality of ISCM based on.
