4PL Information System Research Based On SCM Under The Circumstances Of E-Business

The appearance of 4PL makes it a way that the Enterprises can integrate their supply chain. By cooperateing with 4PL, the exchange of information beteen corporations can be more fluent, and the supply chain can be work more efficiently.First, this paper indicates that the modern enterprises now are facing severe challenges, thus we must regenerate our management thought. Then, the paper introduces the development of modern Logistics theory, and indicates the meaning of this research. Second, the paper expounds the feature and basic idea of supply chain and supply chain management, and also expounds the new idea of modern Logistics management and 4PL on the circumstance of E-Business and SCM.Moreover, the paper introduces the key technologies which are used to build information systems, such as distributing programming system, XML, SOAP, Web Service, and Microsoft's .NET technology.Finally, the paper analyzes the structure and feature of the 4PL information system which has combined with SCM idea, the principle of the development of system, and the technology framework and the function structure of the system. Then, it brings forward a model of 4PL information system which mainly shows the idea of 4PL on the basis of Microsoft's .NET flatform with the wide-used XML and Web Service.
