Research On The Measuring And Controlling System Of The Engine Test Bench Based On Ethernet Communication

With the development of network communication technology, network-based measuring and controlling technology begins to be applied in engine test. Network-based engine test measuring and controlling system can realize the monitoring of a number of engine tests by one main controlling PC , the remote monitoring ,and the analyzing, processing, sharing of the various engine parameters. It is significant for raising the automation level of the engine test and cost savings.A kind of engine test bench measuring and controlling system has been worked out in this thesis based on Ethernet communication. This thesis include: Introduction about the developments of engine test and network-based monitoring technology; the putting forward design scheme of this system based on the analysis of original system; realization of the engine test data acquisition and processing module:the measuring method and the signal analog circuit diagram of the engine test parameter, hardware and software design of the module. Finally, the design of the client host controlling computer monitoring program.The key of this thesis is the realization of the Ethernet-based network communication using SCM. After the network communication hardware design, the tailoring scheme of the TCP/IP has been identified based on the functional requirement of the system. And the TCP/IP-based data communication also has been realized by achieving the software design of the tailored TCP/IP protocol. Module parameter configuration is initialized via serial communication. The control computer program is completed in Visual C++ environment.Debugging and preliminary test results show that the system meets the design requirements, and has a strong flexibility and expansibility.
