The thesis is on the basis of the in-depth discussions of embedded measuring and controlling systems. Targeting the demand of the wall-thickness of embryo control system, the platform of hardware and software of enbedded measuring and controlling system, user's application programs have been researched and developed basing on the ARM and uClinux opration system, and the measuring and controlling system has been put into industry field online testing.Under the detailed analysis of the composition and structure of the control target, adding the advantage of the embedded measuring and controlling system which combines with ARM and uClinux, expanding to the embedded hardware system, S3C44B0X as its core, the measuring and controlling circuit and communications circuit module have been designed. The adoption of anti-jamming circuit design concepts composed a steady measuring and controlling hardware platform. Embedded operating system platform hes been established, through reasonable config embedded operating system for uClinux, and develope the hardware-driven measuring and controlling program.By the analysis that manufacture process of the controlling of the wall-thickness of embryo controlling system, using Lagrange linear interpolated algorithm is bringed forward, reasonable equidistance interpolated to increase control points and improve control precision; using incremental digital PID control algorithm, the closed loop backfeed control to the out-feeder has been achieved; And these algorithms have been also achieved in the embedded operating system of uClinux. Basing on the embedded platform, the measuring and controlling application programs have been developed. For users compiling the manufacture control programs expediently, monitoring and controlling the estates of manufacture, the LCD graphics display program has been developed, and the friendly machine-man interface has been provided.In the combined adjusting process, the PID control parameters are adjusted step by step through cut-and-try method, which made the system more stable. After manufacturetesting, the system is stable in performance and the appearance is good.
