Digital converter test bench changed the traditional test way from a purely manualtesting. It shorten the digital converter production maintenance time, and the automate,intelligent testing method make the effect of telemetry system combined better. It shorten thecost of production and maintenance. Digital converter test bench is a supporting ground testequipment of the telemetry digital converter.In view of the research and development of advanced aircraft, this paper discusses thereliability of the digital converter test bench, and proposed a universal, modular, standardizeddesign of the digital converter test bench. In order to achieve each index, and giveconsideration to the standardization, the system adopts the following technology:(1) The signal source technology; the test platform is interactive based on FPGA, It canproduce 33 charged instructions and 13 not charged instructions, and it can controlled toproduce 20 pulse signal which frequency and pulse is adjustable. At the same time, the systemuninterrupted output single frame which has 128 channel high precision synchronous signals.(2) Dual mode communication technology; the test platform introduced a dual modecommunication by Ethernet interface and USB interface taking into account thestandardization.(3) Micro computer terminal data processing unit; focus on software intelligentinteractive, the system design by the VB programming language, including the channelselection module, signal transmission module, signal monitoring module and data analysismodule.Test platform of the digital converter have four basic functions such as signal generator,automatic measurement, automatic detection, automatic analysis. It Not only can be used tosimulate various state signals of aircraft in take off, but also can automatically analyzewhether the function of digital converter is perfect.Finally, on the testing of the test platform, test results show that, the test platform has theadvantages of simple structure, high reliability, high precision, and it can effectively solve theproblem of test platform is easy to be dropped by single channel. |
