With the rapid progress of Automobile and Motocycle, more and more contamination will be emitted by them in the next century. To controll the contamination emitted by the motocycle, the government publicized the new national standand GB14622-2002 in 2002.11.This paper propose a design of measuring and controlling network system in the emission measuring device made in china to meet the demand of GB1422-2002.The device is composed of Constant Volume Sampling system(CVS) and Analyzer Unit. When the motocycle is running in the dynamometer, the emission will be collected in the sample bag and the contaminant such as HC,NOx,CO in the emission be caculated. The paper introduce a Distributed Control System (DCS) which use the embedded OS as the core of this device, bring forward the design of the network system,measure the system by Critical Flow Optic(CFO).This thesis use the Monitor and Controll Generated System(MCGS) as the the software developing environment.A software design of measuring and controlling system including three units is described. The system is running in the industry in Guangdong. The work of optimization of this system is still carrying on. Future work will be concentrated on increasing the instrument precision.
