The study of the apparatus is the boundary region combined chemistry with physics, it is a composite subject including chemical reaction dynamics, fluid mechanics hydromechanics, thermodynamics, optics etc. The experiment is a very complex process under the condition of high speed, high pressure, high temperature. The study explores for all performances by a lot of experiments. The real-time accuracy measuring and controlling system will convenience the study, it is necessary to studying the measuring and controlling technology.This paper advances a plan which is a measuring and controlling system making up of industrial computer and display control platform, which bases on the analysis of the feature of the experiment parameter and the requirement of the control system, comparing several kinds of the common buses and the former system, the author decides to use the display control platform with buttons which makes the whole experiments vary easy to do. using VC++ multi-thread technology and measurement studio development software of NI, the multitask data acquisition and controlling software is developed, its operation is simple, interface and general-purpose property is good. All the designs will greatly improve the reliability and the stability of the measuring and controlling system.A series of experiments have been done, the system operates stably and reliably, its accuracy and anti-interference are very good. This measuring and controlling system also is an open measuring and controlling platform, it can be augmented new function to satisfying the developing, this will lay a foundation for the study of the performances and experiments.
