Design And Implementation Of A Workshop Management System Based On Smart Mobile Terminal

With the development of information technology, the traditional model of workshop management has already not adapt to the rapid development of manufacturing technology. The emergence of network manufacturing make the workshop management transform to networking. On the other hand, with the popularization of 3G network and4 G network,smart mobile terminal is favored by the users. Users want to be able to use smart mobile terminals are at any time, any place to handle some affairs, not just rely on the computer. For the Industry 4.0, the mobile Internet technology will be used in the manufacturing sector. Therefore, combined with the mobile Internet technology, a workshop management system is designed and implemented.At first, the architecture of the workshop management system is presented,which can be divided into two parts, the server and the client. The server includes data acquisition server,data management server and proxy sever.In order to implement the data acquisition server, a universal networking solution of machine tools and an extensible data model are designed, which is compatible with a variety of different types of CNC machine tools. On the research of the multi-thread, an acquisition model with high concurrency is designed, and the data management server is implemented, which realizes the concurrent data acquisition of the whole workshop.Combining My SQL and Apache, the data management server is implemented, which provides data management and remote service. Moreover, the proxy server is implemented with the agent.Combined with the information push technology, the client application is designed and implemented, which displays the real-time state graphically. The application also provides the efficiency statistics and fault analysis function. Moreover, it can push some important information such as machine failure to the smart mobile terminal,so that the managers can process them in time. Through the workshop management system, the efficiency of management and production is improved greatly.
