| Nowadays, the backward quality management methods and the poor visualization make the quality management of the workshops more difficult. This paper, takes the aut omobile seat production workshop as the example, studies the quality management syst em of the workshop, and constructs an efficient quality management system for the auto motive seat production workshop to realize the real-time, accurate collection of quality i nformations and the visual presentation of the production processes.And the main research contents of this paper is conducts as follows:Firstly, on the basis of analysis the development and research status of quality management, this paper points the importance of quality management and the urgency to implement quality information. The existing problems about quality management of the background enterprise are pointed out and the quality management method based on the visual management is introduced after in-depth research on quality management status of the automotive seat production workshop. With the demand analysis of the system, the initial architecture of this system is constructed and its feasibility is analyzed from several angles.Secondly, the use case relation and the system permission as well as work contents are cleared according to the function requirements of the system with the organization structure of the workshop. And the key business processes of system are analysised some means of industrial engineering. In addition, the related problems which include data management, data acquisition and data analysis during the visual management processes in this system are talked about.Thirdly, this paper makes a deep analysis and design of the system architecture, function module, network structure, database and system integration. This quality management system is developed with Spring MVC and Hibernate technology framework. Then, an application system is used in the workshop and the related theories and methods in this paper are verified. |
