Mr. Liu Guojun was the great library scientist in the 20th century in China, the outstanding library science educationalist, was one of the founders.of modern Chinese library enterprise and library science. Mr. Liu Guojun was engaged in the library enterprise in his lifetime, his achievements were outstanding.
