Application Of Visual Symbols Of The 20th Century In Beijing Drainage Museum

At present,the booming development of exhibition design industry is mainly reflected in the increase of "quantity",and the pursuit of "quality" of design works is slightly insufficient.The audience shows the characteristics of younger,a higher educational level,the time of the twentieth century visual symbols before and even though the nationality of visual symbols have very big difference,but time visual symbol is a symbol of the world,the visual symbol definition is not very clear,need to explore,comb,and then apply.Because of the diversity of carrier elements and the diversity of display materials,visual symbols in display design practice objectively increase the difficulty for designers to accurately grasp.Therefore,through the carrier of the Beijing drainage museum,the application of visual symbols of the20 th century is studied through field investigation,personal participation in the actual design work,with the method of demonstration by examples and literature research.In this paper,the status,essence and countermeasures of the application of visual symbols in the display design of Beijing drainage museum in the 20 th century will be conducive to improve the work efficiency and display effect of display designers,it is hoped that the exhibition design of the museum can meet the different needs of different audiences for spiritual culture,so that the audience can get pleasant visual enjoyment in the exhibition.
