Based Groupware Technology Network Office Automation System Design And Realization

Following the applications and popularity of the computer network technology, file transmissions, distributions and retrievals have become a reality and no-paper-office will be a definite trend. So it is an urgent need to design network office software based on workflow.We analysis the characteristics of the OA system in this paper, compare the developing platform of current OA system, study the application of workflow technology in OA, offer OA system's designing plan based on groupware, put forward a kind of workflow designing method and use it to design a part of workflow in OA system. We also adopt the structure of computer system combined C/S and B/S and design OA workflow, functional model, interface, security mechanism systematically.Using above study achievement, we realize the developing process of implementation of file transmission subsystem taking Notes groupware system as platform.
