| Facing the requirements of information, network and intelligent are daily improved based on modern intelligent community, this article designs and develops a property management information system which has perfect functions and is suitable for intellectual community using computer technology, wireless communication technology, automatic control technology and modern management technology.According to the analysis for the requirements of intelligent community property management, this article focuses on the design of the Remote Automatic Meter Reading System and the Owners Communication Platform System. According to the GPRS application on Wireless Data Transmission, this article especially proposes a compound auto meter scheme based on GPRS, in this scheme bottom communication adopts RS-485 bus mode, and top communication adopts the SMS mode of GPRS technology. This scheme realizes the function of wireless remote automatic meter reading, and develops the intellectual district property management level and automation level. This application of auto meter reading can not only meet the needs of intellectual community's meter reading, but also be extended to other remote wireless monitoring systems. It has a wide application prospect, and it will bring remarkable economic and social benefits. In this article we have designed a customer service module to provide a communication platform for owners and Property Company, and owners can find the information of theirs by this module.In this article, the design and implementation of the database based on PMIS, the protocol between host computer and data concentrator, and the functions of this system have been described in detail. And more, we have described the structure of hardware in this system also, especially the GPRS technology.In this article, we choose Client/Sever Structure Model as our system's model, with SQL Server 2000 as its database management structure, and with Visual Basic 6.0 as its client software. |
