Research And Design Of Intelligent Community Management System Based On ZigBee

With the intelligent community's fast development in China, the management of intelligent community becomes more and more important. This article designs and develops a property management system which has perfect functions and is suitable for intellectual community using computer technology, wireless communication technology, automatic control technology and modern management technology.With analyze of requirement and discussion of feasibility, this system adopts the designing method which is combining with configuration and modularization, and making the management divide into information management, meter reading management, fee management, community management and system management in five modules, what makes the system function perfectly and satisfies mange requirement, and improves the intelligent level of community and consummates the information manage function. This article also focuses on the design of the Remote Automatic Meter Reading system. According to the ZigBee and GPRS application on Wireless Data Transmission, this article especially proposed a compound auto meter scheme based on ZigBee and GPRS technology. In this scheme bottom communication adopts ZigBee wireless network mode, and top communication adopts the GPRS technology. This scheme realizes the function of wireless remote automatic meter reading. This application of auto meter reading can not only meet the needs of intellectual community's meter reading, but also be extended to other remote wireless monitoring systems. It had a wide application prospect.In this article, the design and implementation of the database based on PMIS, ZigBee wireless communications networks and how to optimize the network efficiency, as well as the function of the system software design and implementation have been described in detail. In addition, we have described the struture of hardware in this system.The concrete method in the system design is based on the visual c++6.0 as the development tool, SQL serve2000 as the data platform and choose the client/server model, realized a number of system intelligence platform successfully.
