With the development of e-government in our country, systems in differentgovernment departments are grouped and divided into different lines based on theiroperational relationship. As the result, information isolated islands were formed.It’sdifficult to be mutually connected among the application systems of the functionaldepartment of the government. It’s also hard to realize information coordination andoperation cooperation on different systems under this situation..The article is committed to research integrated technology, resource exchange andsharing technology, identity authentication mechanism of the e-government system,particularly reseach the single sign-on technique,based on analyze the current situationof the e-government system of Hunan Provincial Party Committee Publicity Department.The article proposes a uniform platform frame of the e-government system, aiming atthe unexpected present trouble such as independence, heterogeneous date anddistribution of resources. The united e-government system platform can divided to sixlayers, which are infrastructure layer, resource layer, safety support layer, applicationsupport layer, application layer and presentation layer. And detail the functionality anddesign of each layer.The article also realizes the e-government system on Single Sign-On by usingmiddleware technologies. The advanced e-government system proved very effective. Ithas such uniform functions as institution management, organizational management, rolemanagement and permission assignments. It can arrange document flow and applicationintegration, by taking the workflow components. Realize data exchange and share forE-Government through the data exchange platform.
