Research Of Electronic Government Data Integration Based On Ontology

Recently,all sorts of Electronic Government information have accumulated more and more accompanying the Electronic Government Affair System's rapid build and growth,correspondingly,more and more isolated information islands emerged without effective measures,It is urgent and a challenge that making the electronic government data be beared with semantics and be understood by application to contribute to the knowledge share and reuse, integration and the interactivity between the applications and the distributed heterogeneous datasources and the elimination of the isolated information islands.This thesis implemented the electronic government ontology of Administration of Bussiness and Commerce making use of the W3C recommended ontology language OWL DL to discribe the concepts, the relations between concepts, properties, properties' restrictions,the relations between properties, instances and relations between intances.Upon the construction of the field ontology,we put it into the use of data integration and semantic query to add value to the existent datasources and provide user an unified query interface by making it transparent to the user that the heterogeneity and the locations of the datasouces,dig into the internal relations between the datasoures, contribute to the value added of electronic government information.
