Research And Implement Of OA System Security Technology

Developing science and technology, improving economy and society makes management and office activity more significant than any time before, which catches wide attention from the public. Pushed by the power from promotion of IT, the Office Revolution that takes automatization as important content has started. The goal is to promote efficiency and quality of business helped by advanced information processing technology and computer network technology, and to send management and office activity to come into the automatized and modernized orbit. An OA system with local characteristic is developed, on the base of the condition of computers, equipments and the other technology elements that the government of Ranghulu District, Daqing City owns now, in order to adapt to the need from the era of networks, to break out of the traditional official business pattern, and to build up an efficient,clean and practical civil servant team.In this paper, the system research and implementation is explained in detail. With deeply analyzing the OA principles and the relative safety technologies, focusing on the real need and the specifics of the government official business, and integrating current computer technology, the built-up information portal and the communication networks into the system, the OA System for Ranghulu District is set up.The completed system promotes the working efficiency of all departments, standardizes the business processes, and supports the scientific and efficient policy decision making. Also, this system builds up a library for files, documents and etc., and supports quick, accurate information transferring and query to satisfy the need from modern office business. This article studies mainly includes the following two aspect content:Firstly, through analyzes with the research current various OA technical principle, Ranhulu government OA system was build up based on the Office 2003 OA software. This paper carries on the detailed elaboration from system's overall frame and the logical frame.Secondly, based on the research to the OA system about information security technology, we formulated a set of OA system's security control mechanism and the implementation plan, and, we get effective results in the system application.
