With development of information technology and computer technology, dcument files have no longer exist as single papers,they take medium,electricity,mere,etc.as main information carriers and take computer,PDA,etc.as display equipments and deliver on communication network. So the traditional document management and transmission idea begins to be assaulted and wavered. For example:A series of questions,such as how to organize and manage electronic documents,whether E-document transfer on Internet is security or not,all this questions become an important problem need us to research and worried to be solved.This project thesis comes from the key scientific and technological project of Zhejiang province named "Research and Development of the Electronic Document of Convention Display System".According to the developing demand of traditional conference informatization and electronization, applied research and development of Electronic Document Security Management and Transmission System as topic directions,based on the investigation and analysis of security deliver technology and access control technology ,finally designed a prototype system. The work on electronic document security Management and transmission System is as follows:1. Research on the E-document security management model, propose a integral decentralized combined with discrete authorization E-document security management model, realize security and flexibility authorization system;2. Research on access control technology which applies conference model, propose a "Four Roles" and "Four Time Filters" access control scheme, enhance safety control of the information system;3. Research on E-ducument security deliver technology,propose a improved E-document P2P deliver scheme which based on BitTorrent Protocol, avoid housebreaking of the information in the point to point transmission;4. Design and develop a Electronic Document Security Management and Transmission System.
