Design And Realization Of Substation Of Public Security Administrative Office Document Flow System

This paper focuses on researches of present situation and development of officedocument circulation system in information age, carries on practical and feasibleanalysis to document circulation system for public security organ. This paper combineswith present situation of document circulation system in Shuangqiao Public SecurityBureau in Chengde city, for instance, document circulation system mainly adoptswebsite to issue notice and FTP, which has made the document circulation system inmess. Utilizing (B/S) multilayer technology and Lotus Domino platform technology(network channel security, server security, database security, it forms view security andfile security), designs a Public Security Bureau document circulation system, achievesthe unity of document flow, reduces time and energy consumption of intermediateaspects, strengthens the efficiency of document circulation, reduces the workload ofadministration office work in police security station, and improves working efficiency.This paper takes JAVA technology as the main development language, supported bymature WEB application server, designs and realizes a set of document circulationsystem for internal public security organs. The use of this system enhances security ofdocument management system of Shuangqiao Public Security Bureau and features greatpractical value.The running result shows that the system has basically reached the expected designrequirements, which can effectively solve the chaotic problem existed in the pastdocument circulation system, realize safe, stable and effective circulation of internalpublic security organ, and lays a good foundation for the smooth progress ofinformation work of public security organ.Finally, according to the technical development and practical needs of the office,on basis of summarizing present work, has forecasted the development prospect ofdocument circulation system.
