Design And Spot Measurement Of Monitor For Scraper Transporter Decelerator

At present, the imported high efficiency scraper transporter machine is with theequipment for the working condition monitoring, and the local produced equipments mustinstall the working condition monitor in order to enhance the competitiveness. Therefore,this dissertation develop a meter for monitoring the decelerate machine of the scrapertransporter machines which are suitable for use under well. It can monitor the oil location,oil temperature and the pressure and volume of the cooling water. At the same time, thisdissertation starts a study on the polluting examination of the decelerating machine. It alsodevelops the oil polluting transducer initially.This dissertation researches the following points basically. It designs the hardwaresystems of the monitoring meters, including the selection of the transducer and theprocessing of the data and the hardware circuits for the core with the At89c55wd singlechip microcomputer. It develops the software and communicating model for the monitoringmeters. It has achieved to fathom the mobile oil level in the working decelerating machine,owing to the development of the median filter software. It develops the oil pollution degreetransducer initially with the laser diode. It provides the available testing methods for theextension of the functions of the new coming condition monitors.The spot measurements show that the designed meter can work well and finish thefunction of this subject, and it can be used in the real industrial production.
