Tobacco is the most fundamental and most important raw materials for production in tobacco industry. The quality of tobacco directly determine the product’s inherent quality and the quality of the tobacco companies. Since tobacco in the stored procedure will naturally alcoholize, internal temperature and humidity conditions of tobacco warehouse have a direct impact on the natural alcoholization of the tobacco. Therefore, the warehousing of tobacco is an important part during the daily work of the tobacco companies. In addition, tobacco is a flammable goods. In case of fire or other abnormal scourges, tobacco companies will suffer significant economic losses. Therefore, the fire protection of the tobacco warehouse fire also require a lot. Tobacco library regularly take use of phosphine insecticide to kill insects in a fumigation way every year,so the consistency of phosphine is an important factor in determining the quality of tobacco leaf. In recent years, the development of tobacco industry in our country maintain rapid growth, the traditional warehousing temperature and humidity control systems and fire protection systems are relatively backward and have failed to meet the current needs of the tobacco industry. The mobile phosphine-temperature-humidity monitoring system based on wireless communication has came into being in this context.The mobile phosphine-temperature-humidity monitoring system based on wireless communication is an accurate, real-time, economic, and security solutions. The system take the use of wireless mobile communications network of the national backbone in the GPRS mode to achieve the real-time monitoring and the remote transmission of relative data about the temperature, humidity and phosphine density in the daily storage and the process of the fumigation in the tobacco industry. It helps workers monitor the inner situation of the warehouse in a remote and real-time way under any conditions that can be connected to the Internet and improve the control and security standard of the relevant data in the library district. On the hardware, the system take use of the temperature and humidity sensor named SHT10and phosphine sensor to gather the relevant information, take use of the micro controller PIC18F4620to process data, send the data to the mobile communication network through the GPRS module called MC39i and then send the data to the sever of the work station. On the software,the system includes the programming of serial communication between the program design of the temperature sensor, microcontroller and GPRS module, as well as client software design.Tested, the system has achieved the basic functions of the monitoring system for remote monitoring and achieved the intended purpose. This system has the advantages such as low power consumption, small size,reliable performance, simple operation,and so on. It will make a practical difference in the current warehouse work of the tobacco industry.
