The Design And Implementing Of The Intelligent Monitoring System In A Reeducation-through-labor Camps

In recent years, as the rapid development of modern science, the intelligent monitoring system which has high security characteristic and strong practicability has been used in important departments widely. The author designed the intelligent monitoring system for a reeducation-through-labor camps, which consists of fire alarming subsystem, safeguard subsystem, television monitoring subsystem and abstraction-thunderbolt defended subsystem mainly. It can rapidly give signals when the important areas has been invaded, fire, riot, etc; it also can record the video tape and sounds of interview rooms, workshops and the dining-hall. It can provide the recent monitor record and remote control the equipment on each monitor point and terrace, it also can implement the moving objects detection and tracking.The thesis provides the main structure, function and design principle firstly, then,main research works and contributions are as follows: 1. Select the Lonworks filed-bus and the unshielded twisted pair, the proper cable and TCP/IP communication protocol to transmit the audio, alarm, control and video signals. 2. Introduce the performance,theory and type choosing of the components; then designs and implements the temperature sensor DS18B20's higher temperature alarming. 3.Select the hard disk recorder DS-8016HC and the network video monitoring software MD(v4.01) to achieve the alarm data searching, storage, video monitor camera direction control. 4. Directed towards the obstruction and destroy by the wildlife, wind and thunderbolt, the system provides some of the prevention methods. 5. It researchs the arithmetic and theory of the moving objects detection and tracking and the NEO FACE watch dog management software, and it averages up the level of intelligent processing.The intelligent monitoring system has been basically completed. According to theactual operation, it shows that the design of the system is feasible, and it achieves therequirement, purpose. It also achieves the innovation, application and the actually valueof the intelligent monitoring system.
