With the development of mobile communications technology and information industry, Mobile base stations throughout the urban and rural areas, to achieve a wide range of network coverage, to provide customers with anytime, anywhere, convenient and fast communication services. In order to ensure mobile base stations operated satblly,reliblly,high-qualitily and uninterrupted, the company managed it has become the most important work. In continuous high temperature, the base station equipment and batteries would be destroyed. So the automatic management of the base station, remote monitoring of high temperature processing, the current base station operators to become the most important work. Development of remote monitoring and processing software become inevitable.According to the needs, company started a base station high-temperature alarm remote monitoring project. We hopped to strengthen the purpose of remote monitoring mobile base stations. Further enhance the company’s operation and maintenance management level of the base station.This system development follows the principles of software engineering. Through demand analysis, the system was divided into five modules, such as system management, data acquisition,report management, temperature control management, temperature alarm management. The development process of the system is based on software engineering. This softeware development follow: Demand analysis, Detail design, Development and testing. The first was technical survey, including C# the development language and.net technology. Finally, the overall structure of the system is developed, and the software function realization of the modules are implemented.In the system development phase, according to the contents of the detailed design, I developed the system framework. According to module function, I defined the class structure. During the development time, first I developed the interaction layer developed business layer. Finally, the functional testing of each module, the testing process is mainly to business needs oriented, itemized verified. From the test results, the function of the software to improve, accurate and applicable to all meet the requirements of the design.
