With the rapid development of science and technology, the quantity of electronic appliances which are abandoned increases continuously. PCBs which are the main block of electronic appliances are difficult problems for abandoned electronic appliances' recycling treatment because they have the following characteristics: great quantity, high value and much difficulty on recycling treatment. Therefore, abandoned PCBs' recycling treatment attracts the attention from many research institutions at home and abroad.The overseas PCBs' recycling treatment pays more attention to reusing electronic components and prolonging their usage lifecycle, so that it can reduce the material demand for producing new components and waste discharge and save energy and sources. Our technology of PCBs' recycling treatment started late, so many researches are limited to board of PCBs treatment, namely Printed Wiring Boards treatment, otherwise the good treatment research such as dismantling electronic components is absent. The general method for PCBs' treatment is directly breaking and recycling primary material, which way wastes resource badly and cases serious environmental pollution.Based on analysis and comparison of current research on the PCBs' electronic components dismantling technology at home and abroad, this paper puts forward more perfect dismantling craft which is aiming at the difference on welding technique, dismantling force and recycling value, then establishs the dismantling force model for SMD and THD with viscous fluid mechanics principle and material mechanics theory, and calculates the dismantling force with dismantling force model. Then, it constitutes the corresponding experiment scheme according to different dismantling fore and aims of electronic components, designs the experiment with orthogonal experiment method, and analyses the experimental result with different evaluating indicator, then gains the optimum dismantling condition. Afterward, it designs the dismantling equipment of electronic components and protracts the setting drawing according to electronic components' force, optimum dismantling condition and dismantling aim. At last, it analyses the cost and profit of electronic components dismantling on PCBs, and establish the model of cost and profit, and analyses the economic effects of electronic components dismantling by instance.
