Today's social electronic information industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in the world,and the resulting e-waste is also growing rapidly.As an important part of electronic components,circuit boards are found in almost all electronic products.Since the circuit board contains a large number of electronic components,as the number of discarded boards increases,the number of discarded electronic components also increases rapidly.However,many electronic components do not lose their use functions,and there is also a certain economic use value,especially Some expensive patch electronic components.Therefore,the non-destructive disassembly and secondary utilization of the chip electronic components on the waste circuit board has certain practical significance,which not only has certain economic feasibility,but also facilitates the resource processing of the later discarded circuit boards.Based on the analysis and research of the existing electronic component disassembly technology of discarded circuit boards at home and abroad,according to the requirements of the disassembly equipment of the waste circuit board patch electronic components,the fusion welding station is used as the heating equipment to the three-axis positioning platform.In order to disassemble the overall solution of the main body,a set of equipment suitable for non-destructive disassembly of the electronic components of the waste circuit board is developed.According to the actual needs of the disused circuit board disassembly equipment,SolidWorks is used to complete the design of the overall mechanical structure of the equipment,and the servo system driving scheme and the motion control scheme based on PLC as the controller are determined.Through the calculation of the load moment of inertia,it is determined that the Delta ECMA-C20401 ES servo motor and the ASDB2-0121-B servo drive are used,and the circuit design of the drive system is carried out.At the same time,the selection of modules such as PLC,welding station and limit switch was completed,and the input and output points of PLC were completed according to the actual control requirements.Complete hardware installation and electrical circuit design for the entire disassembly equipment.According to the working process of the disassembled equipment,the PLC control program of the disassembled equipment was programmed by Siemens PLC programming software STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART,including initialization,origin reset,position calculation,position control,manual disassembly,automatic disassembly and other procedures.The configuration king software is used to realize the control and monitoring functions of the upper computer of the disassembly device,and the design of the manual operation interface,automatic operation interface and status display interface.The welding experiment of the electronic components of the waste circuit board chip was completed,and it was confirmed that the welding effect was best at 280 ° C and the heating time was 60 s.The motion performance debugging of the disassembled equipment was completed,and the precision of the disassembly equipment was tested.The test results showed that the disassembly equipment disassembly requirements were met,and the electronic components of the overall operation test patch were completely removed to achieve the expected design goals.
