The vigorous development of electronic technology has resulted in the elimination of electrical and electronic equipments, and a large number of electronic wastes left. At present our country in e-waste recycling processing and management still exist some problems, such as recycling process supervision system is not perfect, and low informationization degree, bringing great difficulties to electronic waste recycling and dismantling supervision work. In order to regulate the related dismantling enterprises and facilitate the supervision of information technology, Ministry of environmental protection regularizes waste electrical and electronic equipments recycling and dismantling process, and clearly requires dismantling enterprises that it is necessary to establish a relative recycling dismantling information management system.Based on RFID and barcode technology, the designment and implementation of the Jiamusi renewable resources Co., Ltd. waste electrical and electronic equipments(weee) dismantling information management system. The system is strictly in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection department to achieve the information management of the whole process of dismantling and meet the requirements of enterprise production processing data and the Ministry of environmental protection of information management system docking.The main work is following:(1) Carry out a detailed requirement analysis of the waste electrical and electronic equipments processing enterprises of the actual business needs, and design the mixed mode based on C/S and B/S system architecture, in accordance with the Ministry of environmental protection standards and the enterprise's actual condition. The needs with field physical device communication process unit use C/S architecture, for example with a radio frequency card reader of warehousing, outbound unit; and other processes such as data statistics and report forms management, enterprise basic business regulation uses B/S architecture.(2) Based on RFID technology, we design and implement xianglong management, the storage and ex-warehouse of the waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc. According to the warehouse storage and production flow requirements, select the RFID device. Based on RFID midware technology we complete the corresponding functional module designment and development.(3) Use ASP.Net web technology ? C# programming language ? PowerDesigner modeling technology to design and realize the material transportation vehicle access management, material storage and ex-warehouse management, dismantling scheduling management, database and the report management all the functional modules. Among them, the designment of the data statistics and report module not only realizes the enterprise business data statistical analysis of the need, but also greatly reduces the enterprise information data statistics of labor costs, improves production efficiency.(4) According to the functional requirements of the system, the test cases are designed, and the main function modules of the system are tested. Test results show that the system design is reasonable, to provide a guarantee for the next step of the deployment and operation.The system has been deployed in the field, more than a year of operation results show that the system is running well and has achieved the design requirements. It provides effective technical support for the management of the enterprise information management and the environmental protection department.
