Electronic equipment used in a large number of various types of electronic components,equipment failure is mostly due to electronic components caused by failure or damage.Therefore,how to correctly detect electronic components is particularly important.The current electronic measurement is mainly dependent on fixed measurement equipment,although the traditional field measurement technology has been greatly improved(including intelligent),the face of the rapid development of modern industry,test complexity,high cost(test equipment,fixed assets),Inefficient bottlenecks are still prominent.From the domestic development of the overall lag behind the level of international development,although the domestic electronic components testing equipment has made great progress,but there are still many problems to be resolved.Such as detection means a single,basically a station or a set of equipment can only detect a parameter.There are a small number of equipment can do multi-parameter measurement,and most have a strong pertinence,and the cost of equipment is expensive,so enterprises in the construction of electronic components multi-parameter detection line,not only equipment investment increased,and because the components on the material The auxiliary time is greatly increased,the detection efficiency is greatly reduced.The research project aims at the above shortcomings,through the electronic component detection method of information processing,can fundamentally change the current production and testing of electronic components in the detection process,effectively enhance the level of traditional industrial information,you can immediately The data will be detected into the electronic components information service platform,so that enterprises can immediately need to know the electronic components to monitor the data to monitor.This paper studies the common problems of electronic components in the detection of electronic components,and finds a kind of information method to analyze and process the large number of heterogeneous data generated in the detection of components.,And to solve the relevant data for measurement,transmission,storage and analysis methods and means.Relying on things networking technology,large data mining and cloud computing and other mature information technology applications,the traditional electronic components detection methods to the direction of information technology forward.The system is to study and design a FPGA-based and Nios II-based electronic components detection system,the main research and development testing equipment to support remote detection and electronic components testing.The system architecture is divided into hardware part and software part.The hardware detection module collects and processes the data,and transmits the data to the data communication module through the wifi module.The module will transfer the data to the database according to the identification code.The web side extracts the data from the database And presented to the user and provide the appropriate service.First of all,a brief introduction to the use of the various languages and their characteristics,and then outlined the use of FPGA and soft core advantages.According to the diode,resistance,capacitance and super capacitor four electronic components for testing and analysis,to establish the test model.In the hardware part,the modules and sub-functions are designed,and the main performance indexes are put forward.The requirements analysis is put forward,and the functions of each part are described.Finally,it describes the difficulties,including the implementation of common detection model,as well as the overall optimizat ion of peripheral devices.Its advantages in the use of convenience,can be achieved adaptive.In the software part,the main configuration parameters of each module and Nios II soft and logical part of the connection to explain,and the soft core for data processing and control the serial connection Wi Fi send data,and ultimately displayed in the WEB side.Finally,the article summarizes and prospects.
