| The system is an equipment-managing system designed for application of equipments, examinations and approvals, purchasing equipments, storing in the warehouse and picking-up, and managing the contracts. The system exerts 5 functions as plan-management, equipment-management, contract-management, integrated inquiry, install-management, which enable managers to know easily about the present situations of each equipment, for example which department the equipment is in, when it was picked up and who use it now. it's convenient to print report form. Besides, the system makes the equip-managing progress computerized. The front stage uses Delphi 7 as developing tool, and database at back stage uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000. In order to enhance the security ,the system applies the middle components technogy which is compose of three level struction. The assistant tools from Delphi abundant database can enhance greatly the exploring efficiency of the applied program, the corresponding concepts being more applicable to setting up applied database system. |
