Design And Implementattion Of Kunming Railway Bureau Real Estate Equipment Management Information System

The real estate equipment (abbreviation of the house and building) is very important for the railway transportation. To realize the department management informationization, the establishment of real estate equipment management information system is the requirement of the railway leap frog development and the practical work demand as well.Starting from the actual situation of the real estate equipment management in Kunming Railway Bureau, this thesis analyzes the supervisory work for the railway real estate equipment, discusses the management keystone and some difficulties using program technology in detail, and designs a strict work flow for the whole system.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the demand of the railway real estate equipment management information system, marks out all the reports, and men designs the database structure by using the Power Design. In the end, Microsoft SQL Server is adopted as the background database to store all the system data. Based on the Microsoft .NET technology, the whole system adopts B/S model, and uses VS.NET 2005 as the development platform and C# as the program language to realize ASP.NET applications, which can provide services to user by web. At present, this system has been widely used in Kunming Railway Bureau. The system has successfully solved the data input bottleneck by using B/S model, not only reduces the load for system maintenance, but also improves work efficiency. In a word, the system boosts the level of the real estate equipment management.
