Research On A New Business Model Oriented To Real Estate Industry And Its System Design

Along with publishing the national housing policy, the house property has become the most important and the most concerned consumption in common families, starting to pursue high quality living and fine housing. With the development of the national economy, the consumption levels of common people boost. This provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the development of real estate industry. The major task of this thesis is to show how to improve the traditional operating manner of real estate industry with electronic information technology, and to put forward a new business model of design, exhibition and sale, which is customer-centered. The thesis analyzes a virtual realistic production model oriented to electronic commerce. And it addresses the system design, based on this new business model. The outline of this thesis is as follows:An introduction to the background, main task and meaning of this research is given in Chapter 1. In Chapter 2, the author analyzes current status of traditional business models and trend of real estate industry, and puts forward a new business model of design, exhibition and sale, which is customer-centered. In Chapter 3, the author first analyzes the functionality of the system based on this new model, and then designs a framework of the architecture. Finally the author addresses the system design oriented to real estate industry, based on the new business model. The key technology involved in this system has been analyzed in Chapter 4. A summary of the research, analyses of the existing problems and prospect of future work are given in Chapter 5.
