Study Of Current Situation And Promotion Strategy Of College Students' Network Media Literacy

With the extensive application of network and network technology in the educational field, some phenomenon such as low efficiency and inactive use of network come out along with a series of problems including internet addition, information stray, and internet morality deficiency. These problems all present that network literacy of college students need to be promoted as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is a profound and meaningful work to cultivate college students' network literacy, improve their immune capacity towards negative influence of the network as well as guide them to gain knowledge and perfect themselves by making good use of network resources.The paper first makes clear the definition and connotation of network literacy, and then explores the connotation of network as well as its structure. The concept raised in the paper is that network literacy should include four aspects: network knowledge, network consciousness, network morality and network capacity.Following by that is the conclusion and analysis based on the interview, questionnaire, and online investigation of the current situation of college students' network literacy. In order to avoid the misleading and deviation caused by pretending tendency in traditional questionnaire, investigation method in this paper creatively combines invisible network data excavation and online questionnaire by designing specific network siruational online questionnaire, which is an attempt to perfect the traditional questionnaire. According to the investigation: network literacy of college students' in Henan is still in a spontaneous situation; the distinction between individuals is comparatively obvious; the understanding of network morality is still indistinct; media technology at present still has blind spot.Finally, the author further explores the current network use situation, and provides following suggestions which will promote college students' network literacy:First, education of network literacy needs the negotiation of various parts;Second, start media literacy education courses is crucial and necessary;Third, promote the media literacy among teachers especially their educational capacity.Meanwhile, the author looks ahead the future and direction of the research from now on.
