Research On Base Data Management Of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System

The object of the issue is to enhance the flexibility and applicability of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System. Though the establishment of the mapping between product data and enterprise resources data for forming a lax coupling between the Assembly Manufacturing Execution System and the workshop equipments, staff, products by setting base data, to make the assembly flow be configurable. The function component and general technical component are designed by using component technique to enhance the flexibility of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System. On the base of analyzing the base data of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System, the structure of product assembly BOM, the base data integrated model based on the product process configuration and station configuration and the product family model based on matrix are researched, to enhance the integrated control and consistency control. Finally the use case diagram, data model diagram and class diagram of Base Data Management module of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System are designed by using United Modeling Language, and the original system of Base Data Management module is built, to make the Assembly Manufacturing Execution System adapt to the demand of different products, different process , different control and enhance the flexibility and applicability of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System.
