Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Automobile Assembly Line Based On MES

With the auto market competition has become increasingly fierce,automobile manufacturers began to emphasize the production management,the details of the manufacturing process is also of concern for enterprises.Implementation of process control management is one of the important means of automobile production enterprises with modern information technology,so in the automobile manufacturing enterprise oriented manufacturing process management system MES(Manufacturing Execution System)gradually become a hot spot in life.The automobile enterprises through the application of the system,can greatly reduce the consumption of production time,but also help enterprises to reduce inventory,improve production efficiency,eliminate the blind spot in the enterprise,to create more value for the enterprise,reduce the waste of resources.The MES system(Manufacturing Execution System)is the execution layer between the planning layer and the lower layer of the enterprise,it can monitor the workshop,and feedback the real-time situation,but also to manage the information system.The real-time monitoring,diagnosis and control system of the main functional unit in the production process,provide real-time information for the information system of enterprise production,operation process and effective guidance in the enterprise,so as to realize the enterprise information management.However,the MES system is lack of effective decision-making information from the planning level.Therefore,from the point of view of the operation and deployment of the enterprise,the two are complementary and interdependent.Based on the actual situation of an automobile manufacturing enterprise,this paper analyzes the actual demand of inventory management and material pulling management,designs the overall plan of inventory management and material pulling management system for automobile assembly line,divides the material management into the login module,Module,out of the library module,query module several major functional modules,the material module is divided into feeding instructions,reported missing and help module.The relationship between the modules is studied,and the functional models,information models and databases of each module are designed.On this basis,the system is developed,the test and analysis are completed,and the testing requirements are passed.
