According to user requirements, needs to be in the upper machine before the actionof20ms real-time control cycle will control system expect to get original data to thelower computer test system; test environment, upper and lower machine test interval of150~200m, between the long-term data transmission.The traditional means of communication: such as the RS-422bus, CAN bus, GigabitEthernet interface,1553bus interface all cannot satisfy a requirement. Therefore, thispaper proposes a LVDS based high speed serial bus communication technology to solvethe problem. The LVDS interface is a very low voltage swing speed differential datatransmission interface technology, the technology with the system of data real-timetransmission of long distance, high speed, high reliability requirements; this technologyhas broad application prospects.In this paper, based on LVDS high speed serial bus hardware printed design,combined with the VxWorks real-time operating system implements the relevant drivers,design the communication distance can reach200m, the communication rate of not lessthan20Mbps, communication protocol and communication rate through the softwarechange communication special printing articles. Verify that the card is able to meet therequirements of actual use.
