For the high speed and stable data transmission between the the seeker videomulti-channel recorder and the host computer, We studied the high-speed data transmissiontechnology. On the basis of researching transmission technology development status at homeand abroad, combined with the actual work designed based on PCI Express bus interface datatransfer card.This article focuses on the key technologies of the PCI Express bus interface data transfercard. In the design, buffer SDRAM complete data on the card’s high-speed, error-free cachecontrol; DMA burst communication achieve high-speed data transmission from Transfer cardto Computer; PCI-to-PCI Express bridge chip achieve PCI Express interface.FPGA is the coreof the control of the transmission card. Control logic of the FPGA achieve the bus addressspace allocation and the main\module timing in the PCI protocol. high-speed and stabletransmission of The data between the transfer card and recorder are achieved through theLVDS serial differential bus technology; invalid block address management methods andpipelining in the Flash array also largely reduced data transfer time.Finally, This paper analyzes a large number of test results of the card. Whether fromframe formats of the original data, or data graphics Depicted by software, or the results bycheck we came to a conclusion: the PCI Express bus interface data transfer card cansuccessfully complete60MB/s data transfer.
