| With the further advancement of telecommunication system reform, the competition between operators is becoming keener and keener. The key to survive from the competition depends on services provided. So, all eyes have been focused on 3G network operation. As a leading one in telecommunication field, what are China Mobile and provincial Mobile companies planning to do to take the challenge from 3G and make network planning of 3G? This has become the key problem that needs to be solved by provincial mobile company and even China Mobile Group.Starting with the development environment of 3G in foreign countries, I have studied the 3G's development and construction strategy of 3G network of mobile companies. In this text, it is stressed that the principle, strategy, project and budget evaluation of constructing 3G Wireless Access Network.Tietong Telecommunication Corporation is a later participant in telecommunication market. So, 3G license concerns them deeply. It is expected that my study of 3G network construction could provide some help for 3G's network planning after 3G license is available for Tietong Telecommunication Corporation. |
